Strip away that fat, challenge your heart rate and get into a ripped shape. Every mixed circuit session is different, but you can expect loads of functional exercises covering squats, press-ups, ab work and everything in between. We also make sure to use all the equipment available at Oz Pro Fitness in Tameside, so expect some more unusual challenges too.
